EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
My Hair Eden, Inc, knows that purchasing quality hair extensions can be expensive. To ensure that you are satisfied with your order, please review our terms and conditions carefully.
My Hair Eden DOES NOT offer refunds. All Sales are Final.
To ensure you are satisfied we offer a 7-Day period to return extensions for an exchange of a product of equal or lesser value. My Hair Eden does not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions which have been worn, styled, colored, trimmed or cut. Nor do we accept exchanges of closures or frontals which have had the lace cut, glue or other adhesive applied (e.g. hair gel or hair spray). The extensions must be returned in their original packaging with no alterations. There will be no questions about your reasons for exchanges provided that your hair extensions have not be modified in any way and are in the same condition you received them.
Your replacement order will be mailed only after we have received your return and have inspected and confirmed that your original order is in its original condition. Only one (1) exchange is allowed per order. While the shipping on your original order is at no cost to you, you are responsible for all shipping fees.
To initiate a return and exchange your order, please notify our Customer Care Center in writing, by email, or standard mail regarding your issue and a Return Authorization (RA) Number will be assigned.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION.
Exchanges received without an RA Number will be refused and returned to sender. Packaging must be accompanied with original invoice and all documents received with order. To expedite your exchange please be sure to write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the shipment. Please ensure you have properly taped and secured the package prior to shipping.
Although it should go without saying, our return and exchange policy only applies to purchases from My Hair Eden. We do not honor exchanges or returns for purchase from other vendors, resellers or e-bay auctions. We recommend you insure the package and track shipment. My Hair Eden does not accept COD. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed shipments. Item must be prepaid prior to delivery.
PROCESSING TIMES & SHIPPING
All domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) Service.
International Orders are shipping via USPS International Priority Mail.
SIGNATURE REQUEST: All packages will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has shipped so you will know when to expect delivery. Please be home or have a trusted individual available to sign for your package.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: When MY HAIR EDEN, INC. ships your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track your order for confirmation of the actual delivery date and time.
PLEASE NOTE. MY HAIR EDEN WILL ONLY SHIP OUR PRODUCTS TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES. This means the billing address has to match the shipping address for both Credit Card and PayPal transactions. There are no exceptions. We do this to protect you and ourselves. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days.
My Hair Eden only ships on weekdays (Monday – Friday). For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees for domestic packages are included for domestic packages. International packages require $75 for shipping costs.
Please know that your privacy is of utmost importance to us. When you shop online at www.myhaireden.com your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and product selections are collected.
We do never sell or rent or share any of your personal information to a third party. The information collected is only used for the purposes of processing your orders, and contacting you about your order or issues related to your order, sending promotional offers.
